My name is Ferdely Petit, and I recently completed my RN program through a non‑traditional pathway. I am currently an LPN and have already taken and passed the NCLEX‑RN. As I move into the next step of my nursing journey, I’m looking for a nurse preceptor who can help guide me as I continue building my clinical skills and confidence. I’m motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback as I transition into professional practice.
I need to complete 320 preceptorship hours across Med‑Surg, Psych/Mental Health, OB/GYN, and Pediatrics. I would truly appreciate the opportunity to work with an experienced nurse who is willing to support me through this process and help me grow in these areas.
